Food Processor Brownies
If you can pulse a food processor button, you can create these no-fail brownies in a snap! Moist in the center, chewy edges no one will believe it only took you an hour to make! As with any chocolate recipe, be sure to use the best quality cocoa powder you can afford.
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup (1 stick) butter, cut into 4 or more pieces
1/8 teaspoon salt
½ cup cocoa
1 cup walnut meats
½ cup unsifted all-purpose flour
Spread batter in a buttered 9-inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 minutes or until top no longer appears moist. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack, then cut into squares or bars. Remove and cool completely on rack.
Makes 16 brownies.
